Susan's ascension into consciousness exploration began in Costa Rica after her 1st cup of Ayahuasca. Upon completion of this 7 day retreat, she knew on a deep soul level that Costa Rica was her home. Susan immediately began the process of moving out of Washington, DC and fully embracing the unknown. She found the perfect property and started building a home in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, one of 5 blue zones in the world. The Pura Vida lifestyle and connective conscious community was precisely what her heart, body and spirit had been longing for.
